Courses numbered above 2000 are normally offered on a rotating basis, every second year. It is not expected that any of the upper year courses offered in 2007-2008 will be repeated in 2008-2009 except ENGL 2005, 2106/7, 2515, 2535, and 4105.
NOTE: 2000 and 3000 level courses are interchangeable and may be taken in any upper year. For example, a student in second year may take ENGL 3225. Fourth-year courses are recommended for 4th-year students.
Students in 2nd-Year
Students entering 2nd-year should choose between English Literature (ELIT) or Rhetoric and Media Studies (ERMS). To do this you email registrar@laurentian.ca and advise them of your concentration (ELIT or ERMS).
