School Board Trustee

Recognizing the large geographic reality of Ontario, this course is designed to work with all the Catholic colleges across Ontario as local "providers "for the program. While all participants would have uniform on-line course content, two of the classes will be left for customization by the local instructor to address local Catholic history/issue/ traditions from that specific Ontario region. For example, London, Ontario (and areas nearby), via King's College ,might want to focus on Catholic Aboriginal issues while Toronto Catholic colleges might wish to focus on Catholic immigration and refugee issues in the local course content. For further face-to-face opportunities and to address Catholic local issues, trustees and local Catholic instructors could address these two classes by scheduling a half day visit to their local Catholic university to learn more about its educational projects and partnerships at their campus.
