Biography

Pawoumodom Matthias Takouda, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Quantitative Methods and Operations Management of the School of Business Administration, Faculty of Management at the Laurentian University. He is currently the Founding Director of the School. He was previously Acting Director of the School of Business Administration, Chair of the Faculty of Management's Department of Finance and Operations, and the Program Coordinator of the Master of Business Administration. As Chair of the Department of Finance and Operations, he was also Program Director or Co-Program Director of the cluster of Bachelor of Business Administration programs. Matthias is a trained mathematician and  a scholar in Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Programming and Optimization, Operations Research, Data Science, Operations and Logistics Management. He is interested in applications in Policy Analysis, Social Science, Engineering and Management. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Higher Education Management, Curriculum Management and International Business Accreditation (AACSB, EPAS) systems.
